With Project natal coming to the xbox 360 the wii had been beaten especially ass the xbox is More powerful and has better specs.The wii Vitality sensor its basically a pulse sensor that slips onto the end of your finger and is to help with the exercising part of the wii genre.

The fingertip pulse oximeter was said to be a look into the future so we probably wont see it soon and also as microsoft’s project natal is “controller free” and the prototype picture (below) it looks quite big SO who knows they might be trying to scale it down.The vitality sensor will sense your pulse and a number of other signals being transmitted by the body and this will also help explain the inner world of the player in fitness games.
